Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for staff and patrons
• Ensure safe and efficient ingress and egress into the venue
• Identify issues or threats and report to management
• Respond to security and safety needs promptly
• Communicate with staff, patrons, vendors and clients about day-of-event needs
• Follow EAPs and SOPs and adjust to procedures
• Assist with opening and closing tasks of the building
• Assist with trash removal and cleaning tasks
• Follow company protocol as directed by venue management
• All other duties as assigned
