Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• As a condition of employment, a background investigation will be conducted.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, parking areas, entry points, and facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following established procedures and notify appropriate personnel.
• Observe and report conditions affecting operations, such as unsecured doors or lighting concerns.
