Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Variable Schedule Operations Associate for its DashMart in the Chicago area. You will pick up shifts through our scheduling app, working at least one 4-hour shift every two weeks, with two shifts monthly minimum, and you’ll perform picking, packing, inventory, and warehouse organization tasks.

We offer a base pay of $17.35 per hour, with a premium for night hours and flex shifts, paid sick time, wellness stipend, a DashPass subscription, and an employee assistance program.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Reliability, positivity and team orientation.
• High attention to detail and passion for fresh food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders from the app and handing off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stock receivables and shelf life.
• Warehouse organization, keeping the space clean and efficient.
• Delight customers by ensuring substitutions are approved by the customer.
