Job summary

Biltmore is seeking a Van Shuttle Driver to transport staff between work locations on a 15-passenger van. The role requires maintaining a clean vehicle, safe driving, and punctual, courteous service.

Qualified candidates will have a valid North Carolina Driver's License and five years of driving experience with no violations; CDL is a plus. Availability for 1st/2nd shifts, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid North Carolina Driver's License.
• At least five years of driving experience with no moving violations during the past five years.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Experience driving 15-passenger vans preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transports staff using a 15-passenger van.
• Maintains van schedule and adheres to drop-off and pickup locations.
• Keeps vehicle clean inside and out and reports maintenance issues.
• Follows all safety procedures and emergency procedures.
• Provide general support to department and company as required.
