Job summary

The Biltmore Company in Reserve, NC is seeking a Trolley Driver to provide world class guest service across estate transportation. You will operate shuttles between parking areas and destinations, answer questions about Asheville and Biltmore, and support transportation leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have North Carolina CDL with Class P endorsement.
• High school diploma or GED; First Aid/CPR/AED certification preferred.
• At least one year of guest contact/service experience, preferably in upscale settings.
• Commitment to delivering world class guest service.
• Knowledge of Asheville, Biltmore, and Western NC helpful.
• Engages with guests sincerely and identifies cross-sell opportunities.
• Proactive, able to take initiative and exercise good judgment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across audiences.
• Problem solving and guest service recovery abilities.
• Represents the company professionally at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class guest service with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Use two-way radio to communicate clearly with staff.
• Maintain parking area counts and cleanliness.
• Operate vehicles safely and follow safety procedures.
• Assist guests boarding vehicles and accommodate mobility needs.
• Be knowledgeable about Asheville, Biltmore, and local events.
• Execute emergency procedures when needed.
• Prepare pre/post trip vehicle reports and track maintenance.
