Qualifications

• Previous healthcare or geriatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, and other destinations.
• Plan and confirm appointments and transportation arrangements.
• Serve as a liaison between residents, families, healthcare providers, and staff regarding transportation needs.
• Provide courteous assistance to residents when boarding and exiting the vehicle.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness of the facility vehicle.
• Maintain accurate documentation of appointments, transportation schedules, and resident needs.
