Hanover Hall for Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Part-Time Van Driver/Transportation Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with residents, values safety, and is organized and dependable. CNA certification is required.

Position Details

• Location: Hanover, PA

• Schedule: Part-Time, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, flexible

Key Responsibilities

• Resident Transportation: Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, and other scheduled destinations.

• Scheduling and Coordination: Plan and confirm appointments and transportation arrangements.

• Communication: Serve as a liaison between residents, families, healthcare providers, and staff regarding transportation needs.

• Resident Assistance: Provide courteous assistance to residents when boarding and exiting the vehicle.

• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness of the facility vehicle.

• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate documentation of appointments, transportation schedules, and resident needs.
