Job summary

Reimagined Parking is hiring a CDL Shuttle Driver for FedExForum (191 Beale St). This seasonal, part-time role involves safely transporting guests in a 25+ passenger vehicle while delivering exceptional customer service. CDL with Passenger Endorsement and a background check are required; weekend shifts are possible.

The driver will work with the Operations Manager and team to meet schedules and safety standards, performing pre- and post-trip checks and ensuring DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement required.
• Prior commercial or shuttle driving experience preferred.
• Clean driving record in accordance with company standards.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Must successfully pass a background check, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation verifying eligibility, as required by the Department of Homeland Security. Reimagined Parking participates in the E‑Verify program to confirm employment eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally on arrival.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage as needed.
• Provide directions and respond to guest inquiries courteously.
• Proactively identify guests in need of transportation services.
• Safely transport passengers along designated routes with scheduled pick-up and drop-off locations.
• Ensure proper use of safety equipment (seat belts, emergency kits, etc.).
• Plan and follow efficient routes using GPS or dispatch instructions.
• Adjust routes based on traffic, weather, or operational needs.
• Communicate delays or changes to dispatch or management promptly.
• Meet delivery or transport schedules while maintaining safety.
• Ensure proper parking and security of vehicle when not in use.
• Operate shuttle vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle.
• Perform daily DOT vehicle inspections and report safety concerns.
