Qualifications

• Professional housekeeping experience welcome, training provided
• Ability to meet Drug-Free Workplace requirements
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Established residence on the North Coast or definite transition plan

Responsibilities

• Clean and reset vacation homes and condos
• Follow established housekeeping and property standards
• Handle linens, supplies, and property resets
• Notice details requiring additional attention
• Identify and communicate property-care or maintenance concerns
• Complete assigned properties thoroughly and on time
