Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle to get to work.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Residence on the North Coast or a clear transition plan.

Responsibilities

• Clean and reset vacation homes and condos.
• Follow established housekeeping and property standards.
• Handle linens, supplies, and property resets.
• Notice details requiring additional attention.
• Identify and communicate property-care or maintenance concerns.
• Complete assigned properties thoroughly and on time.
