Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a part-time Piecework Housekeeper for Coos Bay, OR. You will professionally clean and maintain vacation rental homes, handle laundry, restock amenities, and identify maintenance needs. Training is provided for hot tubs and cleaning procedures.

Flexibility with shifts is required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You must have reliable transportation to travel between worksites in the local area.

Qualifications

Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is preferred but not required.
Tech-savvy with digital systems and mobile apps.
Reliable transportation is essential for travel between worksites.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain vacation rental properties per company standards.
Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and wash all surfaces.
Move furniture to clean under and behind.
Assist with laundry and linen as needed.
Identify and note any damage or needed repairs.
Collect and remove trash and debris.
Attend all mandatory meetings.
Replenish consumables such as soaps and paper products.
Maintain hot tubs; on-site training provided.
