24 Seven Talent is seeking a hands-on UX/UI Designer to execute consumer-facing web and digital experiences within an established design system. You will translate well-defined requirements into polished designs and collaborate closely with a Product Owner, developers, and marketers to move projects from concept to handoff.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of UX/UI experience, a strong portfolio, and advanced Figma skills, with the ability to work independently in a part-time role

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional UX/UI design experience
• Strong portfolio featuring consumer-facing website and/or digital marketing work
• Portfolio case studies showing individual design contributions
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, tokens
• Experience with an established design system
• Strong understanding of responsive web design, usability, visual hierarchy, interaction design
• Ability to own well-scoped projects with minimal direction
• Detail-oriented with a craft-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Execute UX/UI design for consumer-facing web and digital experiences
• Translate requirements into polished, well-defined designs
• Work within an established design system to ensure consistency
• Create responsive, high-fidelity designs in Figma
• Utilize Figma components, auto layout, variables, and tokens
• Collaborate with Product Owner, developers, marketers, and stakeholders through design handoff
• Apply strong visual and interaction design principles while maintaining brand standards
• Participate in kickoff meetings and reviews
