UX/UI Designer – Part-Time Contract
Hours: 20–30 hours per week
Type: Contract / Part-Time
We are seeking a talented, hands‑on UX/UI Designer to support ongoing digital and web design initiatives. This is an execution-focused role for a designer who enjoys the craft of creating thoughtful, polished digital experiences and can independently own well‑defined design work. You’ll work closely with a dedicated Product Owner who manages product strategy, priorities, and the backlog. This role is focused on bringing those priorities to life through strong UX/UI design within an established design system. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of UX/UI experience, advanced Figma skills, and experience designing consumer‑facing websites and digital marketing experiences. You should be comfortable jumping into an existing environment, understanding requirements quickly, and moving work forward without significant day‑to‑day direction.
This is a part‑time engagement requiring approximately 20–30 hours per week. Candidates must have genuine availability during standard weekdays and be able to reliably participate in recurring meetings, project kickoffs, and collaborative working sessions. This role is best suited for someone who is intentionally seeking part‑time work and has the weekday flexibility to be an active, dependable member of the team.
You may be a great fit if you are a mid‑level UX/UI, UI, digital, web, or experience designer who loves being hands‑on. You’re comfortable receiving established requirements, working within an existing design system, and independently turning those requirements into polished digital experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who wants to stay close to the work and values craft, execution, collaboration, and producing great design.
