Job summary

Southern Foodservice Management is hiring a part-time Utility/Dishwasher for our BCBS location in Myrtle Beach, SC. The role runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM, performing dishwashing, cleaning and related duties to support a clean dining facility.

The successful candidate will follow safety protocols, assist with stocking, and help maintain a smooth kitchen operation in line with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, clean, wipe, scrub, polish and wash dishes and utensils.
• Sort and replenish small wares for service.
• Wash pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls and cutlery.
• Operate 3-bay sink efficiently to maintain flow per standards.
• Handle chemicals per MSDS and safety protocols.
• Maintain general cleanliness of the facility as scheduled.
• Restock utensils and equipment; keep service area clean at all times.
• Record temperature and chemical logs as required.
