Job summary

Southern Foodservice Management, Inc. is seeking a part-time Utility/Dishwasher for our BCBS location in Myrtle Beach, SC. The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with a pay rate of $17.75 per hour.

This role supports dining service by cleaning, dishwashing, and maintaining a safe, orderly work environment. Ideal candidates will follow safety protocols, assist with general cleanliness, and be reliable team players in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food service or dishwashing role is a plus.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Reliable and able to work Monday–Friday in the stated shift.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and clean dining and kitchen areas.
• Wash pots, pans, utensils and tableware to meet standards.
• Operate the 3-bay sink ensuring proper flow and cleanliness.
• Follow MSDS and Southern Safety protocols for chemical handling.
• Maintain general cleanliness of the facility inside and outside as scheduled.
• Restock food service utensils and keep service areas tidy.
• Record temperature and chemical logs as required.
