Job summary

Troon, via Grande Dunes Ocean Club in Myrtle Beach, SC, is hiring a full-time Dishwasher for a fast-paced kitchen. You will support dishwashing, pot and utensil prep, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards. Hours are full-time with mostly early evenings; reliable transportation is expected. Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced restaurant environment is required.
• Regular and reliable attendance is expected.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and stocks dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler.
• Empties trash and disposes of garbage properly.
• Performs daily cleaning of dry storage, shelves, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores all wares in proper areas and follows safe work practices.
• Keeps kitchen clean after close and assists as needed.
• Supports other duties as required.
