First Commonwealth FCU in Sinking Spring, PA is seeking a Part Time Universal Banker to deliver world-class member experiences and help members meet financial goals.

The role focuses on servicing basic transactions, building financial wellness, and tailoring credit solutions through our Member Engagement Model, with a 25-29 hour workweek and a $1 per hour premium for part-time associates.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Servicing member’s basic transactional needs
• Earning and maintaining Financial Wellness counselor certification
• Utilizing our Member Engagement Model to determine member needs and developing appropriate credit solutions
• Following up on loan applicants and ultimately closing loans
• Keeping current on all FCFCU products and services
• Utilizing Smartphones and tablets to demonstrate mobile and online banking
• Maintaining knowledge of lending fundamentals and loan compliance (NMLS license)
• Making referrals to Mortgage and Investment specialist
• Troubleshooting and problem solving while handling member objections
