Starion Bank in Bismarck is seeking a Universal Banker to deliver personalized service, open and manage accounts, and cross-sell bank products. You will develop lasting relationships with both consumer and business customers, ensuring accurate teller transactions and friendly, ethical service.

Key Responsibilities

• Open personal and business deposit accounts
• Cross-sell bank products and services
• Process regular teller transactions in an efficient, friendly and accurate manner
• Develop long-term relationships with consumer and business customers as well as maintain existing customer relationships

Qualifications

• Prefer two to three years of experience in customer service, sales and cash handling
• Leadership abilities and self-motivation required
