Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customers.
• Provide service delivery to resolve account service issues for internal/external customers.
• Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Support sales/service activities within the branch through seminars, micromarketing events, promotions, product initiatives, etc.
