Job summary

Citi in Brooklyn, NY seeks an entry‑level Universal Banker to support sales, products, and service activities with customers. The role aims to build loyalty and increase sales among individual clients.

You will assist in account openings, resolve service issues, process transactions, and participate in branch campaigns. A focus on compliance and risk awareness is required, with part‑time hours available.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customers.
• Provide service delivery to resolve account service issues.
• Execute financial transactions in line with bank policies and procedures.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve complaints promptly.
• Support sales/service activities within the branch through seminars and campaigns.
• Adhere to controls to ensure safety and security of assets.
• Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
