Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• X-ray screening experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility and perimeter.
• Monitor entry and exit activity and verify authorized access; document visits and deliveries.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies per procedures.
• Prepare clear activity reports and communicate observations to leadership.
