Qualifications

• State, county, or city-issued security license preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
• Background checks and drug screening will be conducted as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and staff while following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, entrances, amenities, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site policies and report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports and maintain professional communication with residents, guests, management, and responders.
