Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Unarmed Community Driver in Delray Beach, FL. You will patrol properties, deter incidents, and provide courteous customer service to tenants and visitors.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings. Schedule is fixed daytime shifts with multiple time slots.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Guard card is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, residents, visitors, and property staff following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly, following reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of commercial and residential properties and common areas.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity and maintenance concerns.
• Prepare daily activity reports and communicate with site management and Allied Universal leadership.
