Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Unarmed Computer Patrol Driver in Corpus Christi, TX. You will deliver front-line security services, monitor access, and provide excellent customer service across client sites, manufacturing and industrial facilities, and other locations.

This role focuses on daily patrols, visible presence, and responsive, professional communication with employees and visitors. Training and opportunity for growth are available within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate entry, exit, and delivery records in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial facilities, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities through detailed reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
