Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed) in Atlanta, GA. You will patrol premises, provide customer service, and maintain a visible security presence at a premier commercial real estate location.

Responsibilities include unarmed patrols, access monitoring, incident response, and clear communication with tenants and management. A valid driver’s license is required; this position offers a starting pay of $16.50 per hour with a part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with calm, documented actions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols to help identify hazards and report maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity and report unauthorized access.
