Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer – Armed Patrol Driver Perimeter Inspection in Atlanta, GA. You will support government facilities with patrols, access control, and professional incident response, while delivering strong customer service.

The role offers a flexible PT schedule and a starting pay of $21.75 per hour. A valid driver’s license is required; CPR/First Aid is preferred. Background checks and drug screening are part of employment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of armed security-related experience.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances and critical situations calmly and coordinate with appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report suspicious activity per site procedures.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation of patrols and incidents.
