Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Part-Time Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver in Atlanta, GA to protect clients across financial institutions and other sites. You will perform armed patrols, drive between assigned areas, maintain a visible presence, and respond to incidents with professionalism and integrity.

Schedule: Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM and Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Pay rate: $24.16 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security experience, or a college degree.
• Minimum 5 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Background check and drug screening will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and access-control protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies with calm, professional handling.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, ATM areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and maintain logs and incident reports.
• Maintain proficiency with assigned equipment and comply with laws, licensing requirements, and post orders.
