Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Part Time, Unarmed) in Atlanta, GA. You will patrol and monitor a commercial real estate location, maintain a visible presence, and deliver excellent customer service to tenants and visitors.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, conducting patrols, verifying access, and documenting activities for site requirements. This role offers flexible scheduling and a platform to claim additional shifts through Aus.com.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and contractor authorization as directed by site procedures, and maintain a professional presence at assigned locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities in accordance with site requirements.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and designated property contacts.
