Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while following site security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking areas, and exterior perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor credentials, and maintain documentation.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate as needed following procedures.
• Report facility concerns and policy violations to site leadership.
