Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Unarmed Patrol Officer in Indianapolis, IN. You will provide security services at an aerospace/defense site, performing patrols, reporting incidents, and maintaining a visible, professional presence to deter security concerns.

This role requires an active DoD Secret clearance, a high school diploma or equivalent, and completion of background checks and drug screening where permitted by law.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, access-control issues, and potential hazards to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
