Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Background check required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors on site by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility including business areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and with professional problem-solving.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting irregularities and policy violations to site contacts and leadership.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and daily activities clearly for records.
