Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include being at least 18 years old for unarmed roles and 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening as required by law.
• Driver's license required for driving positions (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, tenants, and visitors by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly, documenting observations as required.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of retail areas and entrances to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or hazards per site procedures.
• Assist with directions and maintain a welcoming, professional store environment.
