You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, monitor access, respond to incidents, and deliver customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have a Guard Card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be conducted per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screening may be required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and drivers following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials and guiding authorized personnel.
• Respond to incidents and alarms, documenting actions and filing reports.
• Observe and report hazards or property damage and maintain daily activity logs.
