Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Perimeter Patrol at our Portland, OR site. You will provide customer service, conduct routine patrols, and monitor access points to deter incidents while supporting a fast-paced distribution location.

Applicants should be at least 18 for unarmed roles, have a high school diploma, and be willing to undergo background checks and a drug screen. Pay is $20.00 per hour with a standard full-time schedule Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service while carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns calmly following site procedures.
• Conduct patrols of loading areas, yards, docks, and perimeter to identify unusual activity.

Responsibilities

• Document incidents and patrol findings accurately and communicate with site contacts and leadership.
• Monitor access points and support visitor/employee entry procedures per site requirements.
• Maintain visible presence to deter security incidents and ensure a safe environment.
