Qualifications

• Provide customer service at the site while enforcing access-control procedures.
• Verify credentials and maintain accurate access records at entry/exit points.
• Screen and direct deliveries, vendors, and visitors per site requirements.
• Respond to incidents calmly following security procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, and perimeter.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points at a logistics and distribution location, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and maintain accurate access records.
• Screen and direct delivery drivers, vendors, and visitors according to site requirements, coordinating with appropriate site contacts as needed.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, loading areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
