Job summary

Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol Observation in Seattle, WA to serve and safeguard clients across industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.

Qualifications

CPR certification is preferred.
A Guard Card/license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screening.
Licensing requirements may be required and may vary by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and site personnel while following security procedures.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking areas, and perimeters to identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access points, observe activity, and report unauthorized entry or suspicious behavior.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and property concerns in a calm, solution-focused manner and document actions.
Prepare accurate daily activity, incident, and patrol logs for leadership and site contacts.
