Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Age: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Criminal-history considerations in line with laws.
• Drug screening as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations.
• Patrol assigned areas regularly and randomly, noting unusual activity and reporting concerns.
• Monitor entry points, verify visitors, and document activity for access control.
• Prepare accurate patrol and incident reports and maintain logs.
