• Monitor access points and visitor activity according to site procedures, maintaining a professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business, building perimeter, parking areas, entrances, and other assigned areas to help identify unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, maintaining a professional presence and directing individuals as needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
