Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols and maintain a visible presence.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor activity.
• Respond to incidents and document activities for leadership.
• Complete detailed activity reports and communicate observations.
