Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• State, county, or city security license preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening required by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required only for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the property and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and follow emergency procedures.
• Prepare daily activity and incident reports and share notes during shift handoffs.
