Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors and follow site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials and reporting unusual conditions.
• Complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation.
