Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following site-specific policies and procedures and assisting during emergencies.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations according to post orders and notification procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, entry points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity to deter unauthorized access.
• Document patrols and incidents and relay information to site contacts and leadership.
