Job summary

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks are conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity and verify credentials; report access-control concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with calm, problem-solving, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate daily activity, incident, and patrol logs.
