Job summary

Allied Universal Boise is seeking a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Assessment to safeguard clients across varied facilities. You will monitor areas, perform regular patrols, deter unauthorized activity, and provide excellent customer service while following procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required depending on state/local laws.
• A valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency responses.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access to areas, verify visitor/contractor credentials, and report issues to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents calmly, follow protocols, and document observations and actions.
• Maintain daily activity, incident reports, and patrol logs and communicate with leadership and client representatives.
