Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol) for Lockbourne, OH. You will patrol manufacturing and industrial locations, deter incidents, support access control, and provide professional customer service.

The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to explore additional shifts via our platform. Prevailing duties include documenting observations and responding to security concerns with professional communication.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, and facility perimeter to identify and report security concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, and contractors.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify site contacts and responders as needed.
• Document patrols, observations, incidents, and access-related activity in required reports.
