Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees following site procedures and emergency protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial areas, parking locations, entry points, and facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and communicate observations to appropriate personnel.
• Deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence and reporting unusual conditions.
