Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services provider, is seeking a Part Time Unarmed Patrol Digital Reporting Security Officer in Lockbourne, OH. You will patrol and monitor access, respond to incidents, and deliver professional customer service.

This role offers a flexible part-time schedule and the opportunity to claim additional shifts via our digital platform, while documenting observations to deter incidents and support site procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Access control or badge handling experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, and the facility perimeter to identify and report concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel and visitors according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and notify site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Document patrols and observations in required reports promptly and accurately.
