Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Part Time Unarmed Patrol Checkpoint) in Milpitas, CA. You will patrol assigned areas, deter security incidents, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a visible presence.

The role requires 1 year of security experience, strong communication, and the ability to follow site procedures. Pay is $25.00 per hour with a flexible part-time schedule through the Claim a Shift platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entry points, loading areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns.
