Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by following security-related procedures and site rules.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the location to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe movement of personnel, visitors, and vehicles per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and coordinate with relevant personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual activity in required reports and communicate to site leadership.
