Qualifications

• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• A drug screen may be required by law or policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and delivery-related concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, and facility perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location, verify authorized personnel and visitors, and report irregularities.
• Document incidents and communications clearly to site leadership and responders.
